The company shall not sell or rent any such user information, but does reserve the right to inform any and all such Subscriber/Affiliates and investors by mail, email or otherwise, of opportunities and/or information, which - in the opinion of the company - may be of interest to such persons. We reserve the right to disclose personal information, including Sensitive Information, when we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights or property of company or to enforce our agreement with Subscribers. In the event that company, or a considerable portion of its assets are acquired by a third party - Subscriber/Affiliate and investor information and Sensitive Information may be some of the transferred assets.
