It's so easy! Got my first sale from WeBuyHouses.com last week and closing next week, yee hah (Texas Slang).
The guy was getting foreclosed on March 1st as he exhausted all avenues to stop it. I got the lead 45 days before foreclosure. found two buys within 24 hours as he only owed $78,000 and the house should sell for 225,000 after 25,000 in repairs. Investor is a happy camper as he bought it for $99,900 and so am I as I listed it and my wife sold it......double commission.
